Bathing Service

An additional service which we have recently been able to reintroduce is our bathing service. We are able to extend our respite care service to include a much needed bathing service for our elderly, disabled and vulnerable clients who are cared for by their family carer. This is a service that is continually requested by the families we provide respite care to. The majority of people we attend to are elderly clients, who often only require a small care package. Personal hygiene such as bathing, remains a priority. However this can be a difficult and dangerous mission for the elderly. It can cause stress and anxiety to the family carer and the person they are looking after. We would like to relieve this stress and anxiety from both the carer and the person they are caring for by offering this valuable service to individuals needing a little extra care.
